Sustainability

In 2025, Pearl Electric has been successfully selected and awarded the title of “Guangdong Green Factory” for its outstanding performance in green manufacturing and energy conservation and environmental protection!

What is "Green Factory"?

“Green Factory” refers to an enterprise that has achieved comprehensive optimization in terms of intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste resource utilization, and low-carbon energy, and serves as a benchmark for the green transformation of the manufacturing industry.

By implementing environmental protection principles from the source of product development, we promote key process improvements such as replacing mineral oil with natural ester insulating oil and switching to low-VOC materials, effectively reducing the environmental impact of the entire product life cycle.

Green Design

By utilizing intelligent automated warehousing and intelligent transfer systems, equipment and sites can be revitalized, space utilization and distribution efficiency can be improved, and the productivity per unit building area can be increased.

Save Land

By introducing advanced equipment and processes, optimizing manufacturing procedures, implementing water recycling in production, and improving material utilization, pollution can be controlled at its source.

Clean Production

By adopting photovoltaic power generation and energy storage systems, implementing peak-valley electricity pricing strategies, establishing advanced energy management systems, using energy-saving lighting fixtures and high-efficiency air conditioning systems, and replacing natural gas furnaces with electro-curing furnaces, carbon emissions can be directly reduced.
